Haiti’s Ministry of Education (MENFP) has provided data that shows a progressive increase in the number of schools that are currently back in operation throughout the national territory.
The statistical map provided by Haiti’s MENFP provides detailed information on the percentage of schools that are currently functioning for each of the country’s 10 departments.
The following data provides the percentage of schools in operation for the time period from November 07, 2022 – December 5, 2022.
- November 07, 2022 = 7%
- November 14, 2022 = 9%
- November 21, 2022 = 17%
- November 28, 2022 = 35%
- December 5, 2022 = 53%
