Hurricane Elsa
As of the 11:00 A.M. Advisory from the National Hurricane Center, a Hurricane Warning is now in effect for the southern portion of Haiti.
This includes the capital city of Port-au-Prince down to the country’s Southern border with the Dominican Republic.
