Haiti’s Ministry of Culture and Communication condemned the recent attacks that took place in Delmas 32 and Christ-Roi on the night of Tuesday, June 29, 2021.
The attacks claimed the lives of more than a dozen people, including renowned Radio Vision 2000 journalist Diego Charles and activist Antoinette Duclair.
Likewise, Haitian Singer Rutshelle Guillaume confirmed in a tweet that her older brother, Maxnold Guillaume, was also among the victims claimed by the recent attacks.
Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders) has temporarily suspended activities for one week at its emergency facility in Martissant after it says it was the target of an attack that occurred last Saturday.
