- A ceremony was held at the Haitian National Police Academy to recognize the newly graduated class of CIMO (Corps d’Intervention et de Maintien d’Ordre) agents. The promotion included 102 police officers, 12 of which were women.

- ANARSE (Autorité Nationale de Régulation du Secteur de l’Energie), Haiti’s national energy regulator, confirmed the availability of petroleum products in the communes of Varreux, Thor and Martissant. 146,410 barrels of diesel and 55,726 barrels of gasoline will be distributed throughout local towns in those areas.

- The Haitian Ministry of Education has scheduled the first permanent baccalaureate exam session for the 2019-2020 school year to be held from February 17 to 21, 2020. The registration period for the exam is from January 13 to January 24, 2020.
