The 2023 Haitian Flag Day Festival (Mid-West) is scheduled to take place on Saturday, May 13, 2023. The event will take place in MacAllister Amphitheater at Garfield Park located at 2425 Conservatory Dr. in Indianapolis, IN 46203. The festival is being presented by the Haitian Association of Indiana. The event will be hosted by Haitian Comedian Kako Bourjolly.
