The U.S. Geological Survey Department of the Interior (U.S.G.S) has reported that at approximately 14:41:16 (UTC) (10:41 A.M. EST) this morning, a Magnitude 4.5 earthquake struck approximately 8 kilometers SSW of Petit-Trou-de-Nippes, Haiti.
