During a press event held earlier today, the Director General of the Haitian National Police, Leon Charles, provided an update on the ongoing investigation into the July 7th, 2021, assassination of President Jovenel Moise.
The Director General has confirmed that they have identified a total of (29) individuals who they suspect to be involved in the assassination plot of Haiti’s President Jovenel Moise.
Of the (29) suspects identified, Mr. Charles stated that (26) were Colombian nationals and the other (3) were individuals of Haitian descent.
The suspected Haitians include James Solages, Joseph Vincent & Christian Emmanuel Sanon.
The Director General also added that of the (26) Colombian suspects identified, (18) have been detained, (5) are still on the run, and (3) are now deceased.
